Under Armour Sneakers Cause Painful Foot Wounds, Store Denies Claim Twice

An athletic shoe I bought from the Under Armour store at Zorlu AVM in Beşiktaş, Istanbul, started causing serious wounds on the toes of my left foot. Every time I wore the shoe, painful sores formed on my toes, and I personally showed this to the store employees.
When I took the product to the store, they told me they could only send it in for inspection. The shoe went through inspection twice, and I received a rejection each time. Despite this, and despite showing the staff the wounds on my foot, no solution was offered; they simply kept sending it back for further inspection. Right now it's in for a third inspection, and even though no one has explicitly told me it will likely be rejected again, the way this process has gone strongly suggests that's what's coming.
For a product that has affected my foot health this negatively, I refuse to accept being rejected over and over again, despite still having my receipt in hand. Because this shoe model has caused wounds on my foot, I believe the product is defective, and I am requesting an exchange for the shoe so that this problem can be resolved.
