About eight months ago, I purchased a pair of Under Armour Phade RN 3 sneakers from the Boyner store at Diyarbakır Ceylan Karavil Mall for approximately $81. About a month ago, the right shoe started coming apart on both the inner and outer sides without any impact or external damage. Considering how quickly this deformation occurred, along with the price I paid and the brand I trusted, this situation is not acceptable.

I then returned the product to the same Boyner store on February 18, 2026, along with the receipt for inspection. I was told that I would receive a response within 21 business days at the latest. However, despite this period passing, I received no communication at all. When I followed up myself, I was told that my request had been denied and that no manufacturing defect was found. When I went to the store, I was simply handed a piece of paper stating “no manufacturing defect,” with no explanation, and was essentially dismissed.

Despite paying a significant amount for this product, and despite the shoes coming apart on the sides in a very short time without any external damage, I cannot understand the lack of concern shown by Boyner. Moreover, I received no updates unless I contacted them myself, and afterward, the matter was brushed off by being told, “you can take it to consumer arbitration if you want.”

I request that my grievance be resolved, that the shoes be re-evaluated fairly, and that I either receive a refund of $81 or have the product replaced as defective. Otherwise, I will pursue my legal rights, including filing a claim with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
