Under Armour Walking Shoes Fall Apart After Limited Use
I have been a long-time customer of Under Armour and have trusted the brand for its quality, but my walking shoes developed noticeable defects in what I consider a relatively short period. I purchased the shoes about 15 months ago from the İzmit Outlet Center store, and they were not heavily used—only worn occasionally. Despite this, the adhesive in some areas started to come apart, and the stitching on the back of the heel began to unravel.
I submitted the product for inspection through the same store, but my claim was denied with the explanation that there was no product-related defect. Receiving this kind of response for a product that deteriorated so quickly—especially one I paid a significant amount for—was truly disappointing. I believe this process does not reflect the brand’s reputation or the price paid for the product.
Considering the way and duration of use, I request that my product be re-evaluated and, if possible, replaced.
My shoes were bought 15 months ago, and they quickly became deformed. The store said it wasn't a problem and never got back to me. I am demanding a replacement and have not received any response yet.
