Amazon and Under Armour Both Deny Support for Defective Sandals
I purchased Under Armour sandals on May 17, 2024, from Amazon. Unfortunately, after a short period of use, the sandals began to deteriorate, and I wanted to send them in for warranty. During a live chat with Amazon Turkey, I was informed that Amazon only provides support for issues within the first month of purchase.
When I contacted Under Armour (both the store and customer service), they refused to help, stating that since the purchase was made through Amazon, I must resolve the issue with them. I’m stuck in a loop, with neither party willing to take responsibility. I expect both companies to resolve this matter and honor the warranty process.
