I am writing because my account on the Umingle website was banned even though I did not do anything to violate the rules. While I was simply using the chat feature, my access was suddenly blocked and I received a ban with the ID c772800e. I do not know the reason for this ban and I believe it was applied unfairly. I kindly request that you review this ban decision and remove the ban so that I can regain access to my account and continue using your service.
