Umingle Wrongly Flagged Me for 18+ Violation Despite Being 19

I am writing regarding an issue I experienced on Umingle related to an 18+ violation, even though I am already 19 years old. While using the app yesterday, I was notified or treated as if I were under 18, and this has restricted my use of the platform unnecessarily. I am legally over 18 and therefore should not be subject to any underage restrictions or 18+ violation flags. This situation is unfair and causes difficulty while I am simply trying to use the application normally. I kindly request that my account and age status be reviewed, the 18+ violation or restriction be removed, and my access to all features of the app be restored according to my real age of 19.
