Umingle Wrongfully Banned Me as Underage – Request Account Reactivation

I am using Umingle’s video call and chat service and my account was banned today for supposedly being underage, even though I am 28 years old. The notification I received clearly states that the ban reason is “underage”, which is not correct in my case. After seeing this, I sent Umingle my government ID as proof that I am 28, so they can verify my age and correct this mistake. Despite this, my account is still banned and I cannot use the video call and chat features. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned as soon as possible, that my correct age be recognized in the system, and that my account not be banned again in the future for the same incorrect underage reason.
