Umingle Visitor Account Banned After Sending “g?” in Text Chat

I was using Umingle’s text service when my visitor account was suddenly banned. My only message in the chat was simply “g?”, and shortly after this the account was blocked without any clear reason or prior warning. I do not understand how such a short and neutral message could violate any rules, and I was not informed of any specific policy that I allegedly breached. I believe this ban was applied unfairly. I request that my visitor ban be removed and that my access to Umingle be reinstated. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this ban was imposed so that I can avoid any similar situation in the future.
