Umingle IP Ban Removal

On 10/10/2026 (AEST), my Umingle account was banned almost instantly, within less than two minutes, after I was tricked by another user into sending the message “Stand Up.” I was not aware that sending this phrase would trigger an automatic ban or be classified as a violation, and I did not receive any clear warning beforehand. As shown in the attached screenshot, my account is now restricted with Ban ID 13607398 and the reason is listed as “Inappropriate Messages.” I believe this ban is unfair, as the message was sent due to manipulation by another user and there was no intention to send inappropriate or harmful content. I kindly request a review of this ban and the removal of the ban associated with my IP address so that I can regain access to my Umingle account. I would appreciate it if my case could be evaluated manually, taking into account that I was tricked and that there was no malicious intent in my actions.
