I am writing regarding a problem I am experiencing while trying to regain access to my old TikTok account with the username “itsb_abyangel”. I am now using a new Android phone and I cannot complete the login or recovery process. When I try to log in to this account, the process requires a “friends verification” step on my old phone, but I no longer have the possibility to use that method. Because of this, I am stuck at the verification stage and cannot access my account in any way. The email address linked to the account is 21062412***@gmail.com, but despite using it I have not been able to regain access. I started trying to recover this account on my new device around 6:47 pm today and have been dealing with this issue for about four days in total.
