Umingle Banned My Account for Being Under 18 Even Though I’m 19

I am using the Umingle application on iOS and my account has just been banned with the reason stated as “under 18,” even though I am currently 19 years old and therefore of legal age for the platform. When I try to access my account, I cannot use it because of this ban, and I have contacted Umingle support about the situation. However, I have not received a clear answer explaining why the ban continues or what I should do to verify my age and recover my account. I request that my Umingle account be reviewed again, that my current legal age be taken into account, and that my account be unbanned so that I can continue using the service.
