Umingle Age Verification Error Led to Unexpected Account Ban
I am writing regarding the sudden ban of my Umingle account today on the grounds that I was flagged as being under 18, which is not correct. My account is registered with the email address Janak56***@gmail.com, and the ban ID shown to me is 9b48a7e3. I use Umingle from the UAE and was surprised to see my account closed without any proper verification or request for documents. I have not yet been able to contact support because I could not find a clear way to appeal this decision directly within the app. I believe this is a mistake and I would like my age to be rechecked through the appropriate verification method so that my account can be restored as soon as possible. I kindly request that my Umingle account and the ban ID 9b48a7e3 be unbanned and reactivated, or that I am at least provided with clear instructions on how to verify my age and appeal this decision.
