Umingle Account Banned for “Explicit Messages” After Typing “Nude”

4

I am writing regarding a ban that was recently applied to my Umingle account with Ban ID 597ebe2f. I use Umingle on an Android device, and this ban occurred about three days ago. A few minutes before the ban, I was talking with another user and we were having a normal, friendly conversation. We were talking about colors, and she mentioned a color that sounded like “nude purple”. Because I did not hear it clearly, I typed the word “nude” to confirm what she meant. Right after I sent that message, my account was suddenly banned, with the reason shown as “Explicit messages”. I did not send any sexual, offensive, or intentionally explicit content and was only trying to clarify the color name I heard in our conversation. I kindly request that you review the relevant chat logs for Ban ID 597ebe2f and reconsider this decision. I believe this ban is a misunderstanding caused by an automatic filter that reacted only to the word “nude” without taking the actual context into account. I would be very grateful if you could lift this ban and restore my access to Umingle without requiring any payment for an “instant unban”.
