I Want Umingle to Review Ban ID d96643ba and Restore My Account

I am writing regarding the suspension of my Umingle account on the website version on 25/05/2026. My account was suddenly banned, and I received the following message: “You are banned. Ban ID: d96643ba. Reason: Under 18.” Before the ban, another user in the chat told me to press F11 and said that this would give me “premium Umingle.” I did not know that this action would be interpreted as a sign that I am under 18 or would lead to my account being banned. I did not intend to violate any rules or pretend to be underage, and I believe this ban is based on a misunderstanding. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and that the ban associated with Ban ID d96643ba be lifted, as I would like to continue using Umingle in line with your terms and conditions.
