I Want To Recover Umingle App

I have been using the Umingle platform with the email address ndndnb***@gmail.com. As of today around 11:00 pm, my camera and microphone suddenly became disabled and I cannot use them on the site. On the screen it only shows that my camera and microphone are disabled and asks for permission or an upgrade, but I cannot get them to work again. I kindly request that my camera and microphone access on Umingle be fully recovered and restored on my account as soon as possible, and that I be informed clearly about the reason why these features were disabled.
