I Need Umingle Support to Permanently Ban a Streamer Harassing Users on TikTok

I am reporting misuse of Umingle that I observed through a TikTok livestream, where Umingle was being used to broadcast random users without their apparent consent while the streamer mocked and humiliated them for entertainment. The incident I am referring to took place on 18/08/2026 at around 9 PM AEST. During the live broadcast, the streamer repeatedly targeted women who appeared to be Asian. Whenever he matched with these women through Umingle, he kept asking if they were “ladyboys,” using this as a recurring joke, then mocking them, laughing, or quickly skipping them. This happened multiple times and clearly seemed like a repeated pattern of behavior, not just an isolated remark. The streamer also openly mocked the appearance, faces, behavior and reactions of people matched on Umingle, while the TikTok audience joined in through comments. In the screenshots I captured, viewers were writing comments such as “ladyboys bro,” which shows the discriminatory and humiliating atmosphere of the livestream. From what I could see, the people matched on Umingle appeared to be using the platform for private, one‑on‑one interactions. They did not seem to know that their faces and conversations were being broadcast live on TikTok to a wider audience and turned into material for ridicule. I have no personal relationship or direct interaction with this streamer; he was simply a random TikTok live I came across. I first reported this livestream directly to TikTok, but I have not seen any meaningful action taken there, so I am now reporting the situation to Umingle. I have screenshots showing the TikTok account involved, the Umingle interface being streamed, and examples of the comments made during the broadcast. I request that you investigate this TikTok account and its use of Umingle, and assess whether this behavior violates your rules regarding harassment, discrimination, privacy and non‑consensual broadcasting. In particular, I ask that this account be permanently banned from using Umingle, as the behavior I observed appears deliberate and aimed at creating humiliating livestream content and gaining attention on TikTok. Based on what I witnessed, I am concerned that this person will continue abusing the platform in the same way if allowed to keep using it. I hope Umingle will take this situation seriously and take appropriate action against users who abuse the platform in this way.
