I Am 19 Years Old and Blocked by Umingle's 'Age Verification Denied' Error

I am 19 years old and I am having a problem with Umingle’s age verification system on my iPhone. When I try to start a video, the app shows an “Age Verification Denied” error and blocks me from using the video feature, even though I am not underage. The screenshot shows the message asking me to contact support at [email protected] with the reference number 34e1fd3c, but I have not been able to reach Umingle through any support channel so far, and therefore I cannot resolve this situation on my own. I request that my account be reviewed again, that my age be correctly verified, and that the unjust restriction on my account be removed so that I can use Umingle normally.
