I Was Banned Twice By Uhmegle for No Reason

I was banned from Uhmegle twice without any reason, and I really don't know why. I was just banned again, and I had only been using the platform for four minutes. The situation doesn't make sense because I didn't do anything wrong. I was in the middle of changing shirts when someone kicked me out because my shirt had a stain on it. I had already paid €10 the first time I was banned without any explanation. I don't know what's going on, but it seems unfair to lose access when I'm following the rules and not doing anything wrong. Uhmegle really needs to fix this problem or at least tell people why they get banned in these situations.
