UGG Boots Show Defects After Two Weeks of Use

I bought UGG boots from Superstep on September 25, 2025. I only used them for two weeks, and they started to show lumps on the surface of the boots. On October 19, 2025, I took my shoes to the store for inspection. The inspection determined that the problem was due to wear and tear. I don't accept this; I haven't been able to use the boots anyway. I'm filing a complaint against UGG.
