Ubisoft App Won’t Open or Download Games

The Ubisoft app isn’t opening, and I can’t download or play any of my games. It seems like my account may have some form of restriction or ban, preventing access to my purchased games. This is incredibly frustrating as I’m unable to enjoy any of my content.
I request an urgent resolution to this issue so that I can access my games without restriction. Ubisoft, please address this issue promptly, as I am eager to regain full access to my library.
