Ubisoft Two-Step Verification Not Working, No Notifications Received

I’ve been unable to complete Ubisoft’s two-step verification process for five days. Neither my Microsoft account nor the Authenticator app receives any notifications, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. This problem has made it impossible for me to access my account, and I haven’t received any support or updates from Ubisoft.
I would greatly appreciate assistance in fixing this issue as soon as possible. Ubisoft needs to address this malfunction promptly and provide a clear solution for users facing the same problem.
