Ubisoft Store Restriction Persists Even After I Recover My Stolen Account

On Rainbow Six Siege, which I play on PC through Ubisoft, after recovering my stolen account, an unjust Store Restriction was placed on my account. Even though I got my account back, the system won't let me enter my card information to pay for content I want to purchase and completely blocks my wallet. Because of this, I was unable to purchase seasonal content and time-limited items like the Battle Pass in particular, and I missed out on that content.
This restriction has now been in place for about 3 weeks, and throughout this process, I haven't received any response about my situation from either Ubisoft representatives or the intermediary payment provider. My ticket number is 26105945, and I do not accept this legitimate service being restricted without any justification given.
I am requesting that Ubisoft and the relevant intermediary payment provider immediately lift the store restriction placed on my account, make the necessary technical adjustments so I can process payments normally, and take the necessary steps to resolve the hardship I've experienced.
