Ubisoft Connect Won’t Let Me Log Into Assassin’s Creed Valhalla—No Password Reset Email


Last week, I purchased Assassin’s Creed Valhalla on Steam and initially played without any issues. However, when I tried logging in over the weekend, Ubisoft Connect wouldn’t connect. My email and password are 100% correct, yet it refuses to let me in.
I attempted to reset my password, but Ubisoft never sent the reset email. I’ve checked my spam folder and tried multiple times—nothing. At this point, I’m locked out of the game I paid for with no way to access it.
Ubisoft, fix this immediately! Send the password reset email or provide an alternative way to regain access. This is unacceptable for a paid game!
