Twitch Locked Me Out of My Account and Gave Me the Worst Support Experience

This is by far the worst customer service and system support I have ever encountered. I have been unable to access my account for about 4 months. When I report the issue, I keep getting redirected from one department to another with no resolution in sight. I explained that I can’t access my old phone number for 2FA, and they told me to contact Authy to resolve the issue. I reached out to Authy, and after two weeks of back-and-forth communication, they informed me that they had done everything on their end and couldn’t resolve the issue, advising me to get back in touch with Twitch. Let’s not forget that Twitch doesn’t respond to emails or tickets, making it nearly impossible to communicate with anyone for support.
