Unable to Access Twitch Account for 4 Months – No Support or Resolution

Twitch has the worst customer service and a completely broken system. I have been unable to access my account for four months, and every time I try to get help, I get bounced between different departments with no real solution.

I lost access to my old phone number, which means I cannot complete the 2FA process. When I reached out to Twitch support, they redirected me to Authy, saying they handle 2FA issues. After two weeks of back-and-forth emails, Authy told me they had done their part and that I needed to contact Twitch again.

The real issue? Twitch doesn’t respond to emails or support tickets. There is no way to talk to an actual person, and my account remains inaccessible. This is completely unacceptable. I need urgent support to recover my account!
