Lawlessness of Twitch, No Support, No Refund for Months

I made a payment to support a Twitch stream with 50 subscriptions on January 25th, and ₺2200 was deducted from my card, but the 50 gifted subscriptions never reached the stream (and they don’t even appear in my purchase history, though they show up in my card statement). Since then, I’ve opened around 10 tickets, explaining the situation in detail and attaching my purchase history and card slip, but I have received no response. I also tried reaching out on Twitter, but received no reply. Their support system is a disaster; you get an acknowledgment that a ticket has been created, but there is no confirmation via email. There is no way to track your ticket, and the only way to communicate is by submitting tickets. They’ve essentially set up a one-sided support system, which seems to have been designed not to actually provide support. How is this kind of business practice acceptable? They don’t even have a proper representative office in Turkiye. The Turkish Ministry of Trade directed me to file a complaint with Econsumer, but they said they don’t follow individual complaints. If necessary, I will continue to seek my consumer rights through all legal means, and I will even file an international lawsuit if needed. Such a disaster is unacceptable. You, Twitch, take the money, don’t deliver the product, have communication channels so limited that they are almost non-existent, and then act as you please. What kind of lawlessness is this?
