Turna Cancelled My Nile Air Return Flight Without My Consent and Refuses to Refund 930 SAR

I bought a round-trip Nile Air ticket from Cairo to Jizan through Wego, and the reservation was issued by Turna with the booking reference 7WC4HI. The total amount I paid for this ticket was 1,621.66 SAR. The outbound ticket was confirmed successfully, but the return ticket was never confirmed and was cancelled from their side, not by me. When I contacted customer service, I was only told that there is an “error code 63” without a clear explanation, and my issue has not been resolved. As a result, I have been left without my confirmed return flight even though I paid for a round-trip ticket. I request a partial refund of 930 SAR corresponding to the cancelled return segment that was not confirmed and was cancelled by them. I expect Turna and the related parties to review this booking, clarify the reason for the error, and process the requested partial refund as soon as possible.
