Turkish Airlines Flight Change Notification Issue with Enuygun.com
My complaint is about the changes. Since THY has an agreement with enuygun.com and can sell tickets through their site, enuygun.com should notify me when a change occurs. I went to the airport for my 11:50 flight, only to find out there that the flight time had changed. I received a notification via Gmail, but I missed it due to receiving hundreds of emails daily. If enuygun.com had notified me, I would have known about the time change. The strange part is, it's 10:00, and enuygun.com still tells me my flight is at 11:50. I go to the airport, and they tell me 'your time has changed'. Since there is an agreement with enuygun.com, we should also receive information from them when a change occurs and the time is rescheduled. This situation is quite distressing.
