Turkish Airlines Did Not Provide a Travel Kit on My 11-Hour Miami-Istanbul Flight

I flew with Turkish Airlines from Miami to Istanbul on February 8, 2025, at 11:05 am. I packed my hand luggage assuming that the travel kit provided on long flights would be distributed. However, no travel kits were handed out during the flight, and when I asked, I was told that they had not received them or had only a limited amount to distribute. I was seated in the 9th row, the first row after business class, yet I still did not receive one. If a company like Turkish Airlines can give such vague answers and make such unprofessional mistakes, why do we pay more than other airlines and choose this company? And who is responsible for such a significant oversight on an 11-hour flight?
