Turkcell Refused to Close My Late Father's Line Due to a Promotional Scale Fee
Due to my father's passing, our request to close his Turkcell line was denied because they demanded payment for a promotional scale that had been provided. We were not even aware that the scale had a cost associated with it since it was given as a promotion. Despite calling customer service multiple times, we were unable to get connected. Each time, we were put on hold for long periods without any response. Turkcell employees told us there was nothing they could do and that we needed to resolve the issue through the call center. We find it unreasonable to deny the closure request under such circumstances and are seeking a resolution without further complications.
Hello, we have already submitted the documents you mentioned to the Turkcell store in Kırşehir. However, a scale fee of around 1000 TL was included in the bill, and it was said that the scale was a promotion on the condition of staying with Turkcell for a certain period.
