Turkcell Incorrect Internet Package Quota Usage

I am a subscriber of the Turkcell Genç Avantaj 90 GB postpaid plan, and I have been experiencing a serious issue with data usage since the first day I activated my line. The plan includes 30 GB of general internet and 60 GB for social media usage. However, even though I only use social media apps like Instagram, the data is first deducted from my general internet quota. Only after the 30 GB of general internet is completely used does the system start deducting from the 60 GB allocated for social media. Despite not using any other apps or websites beyond social media, my general internet is still being consumed first. The issue is that I cannot access apps or sites like mobile banking, sahibinden.com, Maçkolik, Telegram, or any other website—only Instagram and similar social apps load. On the rest, I get error messages like “check your internet connection.” I live in the Bağlar district of Diyarbakır, and I have a 12-month commitment on my line. This issue has persisted since the day I started using the line. During this time, I only used additional data packages from the Turkcell Tumbara campaign, and since I had the Smart Stop feature enabled, no extra charges were added to my bill. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I kept receiving the same standard response: “You may have used services like iCloud or Google Photos,” with no real solution offered. I submitted complaints to Xolvie yet still haven’t received any feedback. What I request is that data used on social media apps be deducted from the social media quota, that my unused general data be reinstated, and that this package usage issue be urgently resolved. Otherwise, I would like to switch to another operator before my contract ends and exit without paying a termination fee.
