My International Travel Ruined by Türk Telekom's Faulty Service Staff

I switched to Türk Telekom for international communication, but it left me stranded, arrived to find my Türk Telekom line dead. My entire trip was disrupted by being unable to send or receive messages or calls, paid three more fees to resolve the issue, but nothing changed. Their customer service ignored my repeated requests and made empty promises. my travel plans just got hampered!!! Screenshots show the ongoing issue. Türk Telekom must fix this immediately to restore my line's functionality.  trusted them, but this experience has changed my mind. Türk Telekom should take this issue seriously and commit to providing quality service to its customers.
