Bad Customer Service from Türk Telekom

We've been without internet for 3 days, and Türk Telekom customer service says they cannot assist as they don't understand. The worst company to date. The customer care said they would send a team 3 days ago, and now when we called, they say there is no team, and they are short of staff, therefore no assistance can be provided. They say we should use mobile data to run the office.
