MyDiabetes Charged Me After Trial and Provided No Real Customer Support

The MyDiabetes app left me quite let down. It is not fit for use, not what it promises, and poorly constructed. I wish to caution anyone thinking about their so-called "trial offer," at a discounted charge. They collect the entire monthly fee without your permission even if you follow the exact requirements of the promoted trial. To exacerbate things, their customer service is essentially nonexistent. You get automatic responses unrelated to your problem and no actual assistance to mention. It seems like a total hoax meant to force consumers into unwelcome payments. Save yourself the effort and stay away from this software totally. Simply said, the stress, effort, or money are not worth it.
