OKX to Trust Wallet Coin Transfer Missing for Over a Month – No Response from Support

I transferred coins from my OKX account to my Trust Wallet, carefully entering the correct wallet address. However, it’s been a month, and the funds have yet to appear in my wallet. I’ve repeatedly emailed the support team, but there has been no response or update on the matter.

I’ve never experienced anything like this. I urgently request assistance from OKX to track the transaction and resolve this issue by ensuring the coins reach my Trust Wallet.
