My Trust Wallet to Binance TR Account USDT (ERC-20) Transfer Failed

I encountered a serious issue with Trust Wallet during two separate transfers totaling 350 USDT from my Trust Wallet to Binance TR. Despite deducting the transfer fees in ETH from my Trust Wallet and displaying the transaction as successful, the USDT never made it to my Binance TR account. I suspect it might have been mistakenly transferred to another account. Unfortunately, both Trust Wallet and Binance TR seem unresponsive to my concerns, and the live support has been ineffective. I urgently demand the completion of the transfer to my Binance TR account.
