I Lost 20,000 USDT from My Trust Wallet After Scam via Fake Airdrop and Support Contact

I’m writing to report a serious breach involving my Trust Wallet, which resulted in the theft of approximately ₺650,000 worth of USDT (20,000 USDT) from my wallet without my permission. The issue started after I interacted with what appeared to be a legitimate airdrop promotion. The site prompted me to authorize an intelligent contract—after which all funds in my wallet were drained.

Worse, a person claiming to be a Trust Wallet support agent contacted me through +1 (404) 800-2211 and followed up via [email protected]. This fake representative requested identity verification and then guided me to “resolve the issue” by adding 1 ETH and 3 BNB to my wallet for "robotic verification." Predictably, those funds were also stolen. They promised resolution only after I followed these deceptive instructions.

I feel completely violated and deceived, both by the fake platform and the impersonator exploiting the Trust Wallet brand. I demand immediate investigation and official response from the real Trust Wallet team. You must take responsibility for user safety and brand impersonation and help affected users like me reclaim our stolen funds.
