Coins Sent from Trust Wallet to Exchanges Did Not Arrive

I sent coins from my Trust Wallet to two different exchanges on two separate days—one in ETH and the other in BNB. However, neither transaction has reached its destination. This is highly frustrating and unacceptable, especially for a platform that is supposed to be reliable.

Trust Wallet is rapidly losing credibility with issues like this. I plan to share my experience in all relevant Telegram groups and warn everyone I know about this problem. A wallet service should ensure safe and timely transactions, and this failure has caused significant inconvenience.

I demand an immediate investigation into these missing transactions and a resolution to this issue. Trust Wallet must take responsibility and restore users' confidence in its service.
