Cash App BTC Sent to Trust Wallet - Missing Transaction

My friend sent me some money through Cash App to my Trust Wallet in BTC. I received the first transaction of $299, and the second one of $300, but now I can’t see anything added to my wallet balance or transaction history. When I used another app to check, it showed that the transaction was received and recorded on the same day, yet it still doesn’t appear in my wallet. Today, the cash was sent again to a new wallet address, but I still haven’t received anything. I don’t understand what’s going on, and it’s very upsetting not to see my funds reflected in my wallet despite proof that they were sent.
