Truck Simulator Auction Bids Deducted 148,000 but Trucks Not Received

I am a player of the Truck Simulator mobile game and I recently bid on auction trucks in the game. After spending around 148,000 from my in‑game balance on these auction bids, I did not receive the trucks or a correction to my in‑game balance. It has now been more than 10 hours since this happened and my in‑game money has still not been returned, nor have the auction trucks been delivered to my account. I did not take a screenshot while bidding because I did not expect such a problem, but I believe there is a clear issue with the auction or balance system in the game. I request that my situation be checked and that my in‑game balance be corrected as soon as possible so that the approximately 148,000 I spent on the auction is either returned to my balance or the trucks are delivered to my account properly.
