Trivago Redirected Me to Wrong Hotel - I Want Refund
I am trying to book a reservation at Uğurlu Thermal Holiday Village through the Trivago app. From there, I click on ZenUtas.com, which I already have the app for. However, when I arrived here, I was redirected to this page and made the hotel reservation from there. I only realized the issue after completing the payment, which left me very frustrated. The process was confusing and did not clearly show that I was booking a different hotel. But the hotel I booked turned out to be a different one, and it says there is “no refund guarantee.”
Although it took a long time, they were very attentive. Even though the company's headquarters is in Germany, they handled everything very thoroughly and communicated very politely.
