I Paid Stayforlong for My Hotel but Got No Reservation and Was Left Stranded
I booked and paid for a hotel stay through Stayforlong for today, expecting a smooth check-in as promised. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they had no record of my reservation. I was left completely stranded, without a room, despite having made full payment in advance.
This situation is absolutely unacceptable. I trusted Stayforlong because they are heavily promoted online and appear to be a reputable booking platform. But clearly, they failed to communicate with the hotel, leaving me out of options and incredibly frustrated.
Not only did I waste time and energy, but now I also have to fight to get my money back. I demand an immediate full refund for the service that was never provided. Additionally, I expect a proper explanation and apology from Stayforlong.
