Wrongfully Accused & Banned on Trendyol

Being a Trendyol seller, I'm having trouble reaching out to the seller support line to discuss my problem. Upon contacting the seller support team, they alleged that I was selling counterfeit Adidas and Puma items, even though our business is focused on books and not footwear. According to the website, I have a 15-day window to dispute, but when I reach out to the seller support line, they ask for invoices linked to a barcode I have never utilized for any transactions. I clarified that the items we offer do not match the barcode number they provided. They informed me that my account had been closed indefinitely. It can be not very pleasant to not receive the support you need after putting in the effort to keep things running smoothly. Our account number is 898824, and we do not offer items with barcode 4489405. We handle sales using sample invoices and our suppliers. After submitting a support request, I got an automated reply with the notification number bc57b9ac. I did not have the product in my inventory or sell it, which supposedly caused my account to be terminated. After my conversation with the seller support team, they requested that I send an email. They also brought up sales of counterfeit Adidas and Puma shoes, which we have never been a part of. I'd be grateful if someone could investigate this issue. Warm regards.
