Trendyol Blocks My Computer Part Sales Over Invoice and Brand Restrictions

As a seller on Trendyol, the experience has become incredibly frustrating and burdensome. Even listing a product is a challenge; if it’s a branded item, you can’t list it, even with an invoice. For example, I sell computer parts and upload an invoice, but it gets flagged because the brand name like AMD or Asus isn’t in the invoice title, even though barcodes from the brands are visible on the invoice. When you contact live support, they just tell you to re-upload the invoice, which feels like a joke. They seem uninterested in facilitating sales. If you don’t list a product, they call to ask why, but when you respond, no one follows up. The departments appear to have no coordination, and they make it impossible to sell even with proper invoices. The whole process feels like a relentless and unnecessary hassle.
