I have been selling on Trendyol for 5 years. I have cataloged my own brand and products with my brand logo and images owned by me. Despite providing my brand registration certificate, Trendyol, a system that exploits both buyers and sellers, does not protect my brand and products. Because other sellers list my products, which are designed and produced by me, as different products under the buybox, my product ratings are dropping, and I am suffering losses. I have submitted 20 requests to them, and in all their responses, they have only protected their own interests. This platform has no regard for protecting sellers or buyers. It is disrespectful to Turkish Commercial Law and brand rights. Those who want to become sellers should think very carefully.
