Trendyol Expects Me to Send Reports Detailing Thousands of Items To Cover Their System Failure

Trendyol has been my go-to marketplace for quite some time. Their system now has nearly 10,000 products that I have uploaded. Trendyol recently implemented a new system that displays listings from other sellers beneath mine, resulting in a halt to my sales, even though my trademark is registered. For each of the 10,000 products, they want me to submit a separate report detailing these infractions. Taking care of all these infractions individually seems unreasonable. Sellers like me are taking a hit because they changed systems at random. This is an extra charge on top of the commission fees they already charge us for this pointless task. They keep giving me unreasonable excuses like "it's my responsibility to identify them" when I ask them to remove accounts using my brand. Recently, Trendyol has begun to act in a very irrational manner.
Progress
Trendyol locked my product, which broke sales records on August 15, 2024, for a ridiculous reason because it was selling so well. Despite opening multiple requests, they closed my calls saying there was a brand in the listing title. In fact, the listing title is the name of the product, and there is no such brand or trademark. Similarly, while there are 833 listings of the same product, my sales were blocked because I was the top seller and at the top. I paid 300,000 TL in commission to Trendyol in one week of sales. Someone must have been disturbed by my high sales, which is why my listing was closed. My product is an original, licensed, and invoiced product. The listings of other sellers are still active. My closed listing is being sold by another seller. Who will account for my loss and this injustice? I will start legal proceedings this week.
