Trendyol Sent Me a Defective Luceat Shower Head - Ignored My Refund Request

I bought a shower head from the seller “Luceat Pamper Infans” on Trendyol, it was sent defective and I created a return. The product was taken for inspection and the process was said to be 24 days, the defective product was sent and the return process was left to the mercy and decision of the company. It is not the consumer's fault that a product I have just purchased is defective without using it. The company victimizes the consumer. I demand a refund, but Trendyol does not find a solution in any way. I also created a complaint request via Presidential Communication Center, you cannot victimize in this way.
