Trendyol Promised a Free Laptop Bag but Then Changed Their Message and Denied It

I bought a laptop from Trendyol's own seller. When I specifically asked if a bag came as a gift with the product, they said there was a bag inside the product. When I received and checked the product, there was no bag inside the product. According to the answer they gave me, I created a missing product request for the product I purchased. It took about 1 week for this request to be finalized. When I sent the seller a message again about the issue, I did not receive any response for 4 days. Then they changed the message they sent me first. They edited the message that was sent as a bag being sent to no bag being sent. Then when I conveyed these problems to the customer representative, they said we are taking notes on your request and when I spoke to them again, they said that you were already told in the message that it was not sent and if I had not taken the screenshots of these messages, I would not have been able to prove anything. At the end of 1 week, the Trendyol seller told me that the messages were mixed up and that they were sent to me when they were supposed to be sent to someone else. This means that a bag is being sent with the product. My request was finalized the same day and guess what. I received an email saying that the product could not be supplied and therefore its delivery could not be provided and they closed the issue. Check when buying something verified from Trendyol.
