Trendyol: Missing Refund for Instantly Cancelled Order

Yesterday evening, I made a purchase and immediately canceled it. Then, I purchased another item, but I canceled it as well because I realized it was the wrong choice. The refund for the second item was credited back to my account promptly. However, the refund for the first item I purchased still hasn't been reflected in my account. I'm very curious as to why. What are you waiting for to refund instantly canceled items? Trendyol, please refund my money. When I contacted the bank for a refund of the instantly canceled item, they assured me there was no issue. Trendyol, on the other hand, claims that the refund has been processed.
