Trendyol Discount Refund Issue
I bought two diffusers from Trendyol late at night for ₺569, but by the next morning, the price had dropped to ₺513. It makes you feel misled. I reached out to customer service hoping for a fair solution, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. A*** refunds the price difference directly in such cases, but Trendyol’s response was, “Just as we don’t ask you for the difference when prices go up, we don’t refund money when there’s a discount.” This kind of rigid and indifferent approach doesn’t align with the customer-first mentality that other platforms provide. Well, I’ve learned the difference between good and bad service through this purchase. It’s fine—now others who don’t know will also learn.
